Managed Help Desk

Technical Support Associate

Job Duties

  • Provide partners with hardware and software technical support
  • Provide partners support with managed cloud and on premise systems
  • Manage tickets, projects, and other duties as assigned
  • Provide detail documentation on client systems and internal processes
  • Accurately account for work accomplished
  • Must be able to handle a project or task from start to finish
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, and Wireless technology and security
  • General understanding of anti-virus, backup, and mobile technology
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly
  • Microsoft Windows experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50-lbs independently
  • Local/domestic travel to client offices, events, conferences, reliable transportation required

Engineering Support Associate

Job Duties

  • Provide partners with hardware and software technical support
  • Provide partners with infrastructure and network support
  • Provide partners support with managed cloud and on premise systems
  • Manage support tickets, projects, and other duties as assigned
  • Provide detail documentation on client systems and internal processes
  • Accurately account for work accomplished
  • Must be able to handle a project or task with minimal supervision from start to finish
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Thorough understanding of LAN, WAN, and Wireless technology and security
  • Thorough understanding of anti-virus, backup, and mobile technology
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly
  • Microsoft Windows Server experience (2+ years) required
  • Cisco Security Appliance / Switching and Routing (2+ years) experience required
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50-lbs independently
  • Local/domestic travel to client offices, events, conferences, reliable transportation required

Help Desk Manager

Job Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day helpdesk operations
  • Categorize and prioritize helpdesk tickets
  • Assign tickets to appropriate resources – technician, engineer, project manager, sales, etc.
  • Escalate, review, and approve helpdesk tickets
  • Schedule resources for remote and onsite support (regular and/or off-schedule)
  • Schedule monthly maintenance window
  • Review with the technician and engineer on outstanding tasks
  • Confirm helpdesk availability for tasks/projects
  • Act as the point of contact with the customers
  • Must have exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and supervise any and all helpdesk-related communications and activities
  • Must be creative and adaptive to various situation and provide viable solutions internally and externally
  • Ensure quality of service to our customers and partners
  • Generate useful matrix and dashboards for monitoring and review purposes
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, and Wireless technology and security
  • Basic understanding of cloud, anti-virus, backup, and mobile technology
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50-lbs independently
  • Local travel to client sites, reliable transportation required
